About Angie
Angie completed a Business Degree before turning her attention to sports and wellness.
Aside from personal training, myofascial release and sports massage, she has also coached hockey, basketball and water polo at some of Cape Town’s top schools, and played water polo and basketball provincially and nationally. With over 20 years of coaching experience and 15 years of training, prehabilitation and rehabilitation experience.
Angie is committed to helping every person she works with through gentle motivation, person-specific training and “repair” through sports injury massage.

PERSONAL TRAINING
15 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer has provided real life case studies which have proved that bio mechanical imbalances cause pain. Imbalances can be caused by injury, genetic factors, repetitive activity or inactivity, etc. Strengthen and lengthen appropriate musculature and live with little to no pain. Do the right exercises the correct way.
Personal training sessions can take place in person or online.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Trained in sports massage therapy and myofascial release, she uses a variety of proven techniques to heal soft tissue injuries, as well as injuries caused from repetitive strain. She is also available as a sports massage therapist for events.
